Description

The Four-way Stackers KMSac.4W are designed to handling long-sized single loads or batches as well as standard Euro pallet or any other suitable pallet. Suitable for loading/unloading from truck, highly efficient when traveling with/without load in a narrow aisles and tight spaces.
A special Load wheels-suspension (one of them “free-swiveling castor” and the other one – “0° or 90° positioned castor” – controlled by means of a hydraulic cylinder) allows the Stacker to run both FORWARD/BACKWARD or LEFT/RIGHT depending on the current direction chosen by the “positioned castor”.
The modern CAN Bus electronics requires less wiring, gives better reliability and provides easy and fast diagnostics. The virtually maintenance-free transmission with it’s 3-phase AC drive motor combined with the modern AC pulse controller ensures high efficiency and low energy consumption, thus gaining high speed and powerful acceleration. Additionally the REGENERATIVE BRAKING-mode as standard with the energy reclamation to the battery benefits a longer travel distance with a single battery charge.
The Batteries with capacity up to 375Ah and the ON-BOARD charger as standard provide enough energy for a single-shift application. The standard Electric Powered Steering (EPS) provide FATIGUE-FREE (thus driver-friendly) and safe steering by means of electrical front-axle steering and Curve control.
