Тhe KM.AC Electric Pallet Stacker offers wide array of options for Light to Mid-duty applications combining certain productivity rate with user-friendly controls and safety for the operator.

Recommended for indoor-use to carry out multiple tasks:
– pallet transfer over short travel distances / up to 30m;
– low-lift storage and retrieval /up to 4,5m, in narrow aisles /up to 2,25m/, as well as block stacking.
– placing goods in racking and feeding machines – palletized goods are simply raised to the required picking height, then can be deposited into the racking or removed from the pallet without placing stress on the operator’s back.;

All the drive and lift/lower functions are easy and fatigue-free to access. All controls are ergonomically grouped on the top of the tiller head while the pivoting tiller arm keeps the driver at a safe distance from the Stacker. The extreme compact dimensions and the CREEP SPEED mode as standard allow the Stacker to operate even in very confined spaces with the tiller arm upright.
The modern CAN Bus electronics requires less wiring, gives better reliability and provides easy and fast diagnostics. The electronic step-less speed control and the powerful 1,3kW modern maintenance-free AC motor feature high speed and acceleration as well as regenerative braking with energy reclamation to the battery – to guarantee efficient, productive work with low energy consumption.
The standard battery with capacity 110Ah (optional batteries up to 250Ah) and the ON-BOARD charger as standard provide relevant to the needs of application autonomy.
